This listing is for one plate 1:12 scale miniature latin / Dominican food  Mangu , egg , fried cheese , fried sausage , avocado and red onions on top. Mangu is mashed green plantains. 
All the miniature food is handsculpted with oven bake clay. These are part of my Latin Flavor food series. I decided to make Latin food because I never seen it in miniature.
