This listing is for one plate, 1:12 scale miniature Latin / Dominican food Mangu, egg, fried cheese, fried sausage, avocado, and red onions on top. Mangu is mashed green plantains.
All the miniature food is hand-sculpted with oven-bake clay. These are part of my Latin Flavor food series. I decided to make Latin food because I had never seen it in miniature.
