- The item arrived damaged or broken.

- The item is lost (if tracking shows the item is lost).

- Tracking GPS cannot confirm that it has been delivered. We cannot file a lost claim if tracking indicates it has been delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

- If tracking shows the item is "in transit," USPS will only consider packages lost after 30 days.
