**How to Send a Photo:**

1. Send me a message on Etsy.

2. Click on the camera icon in the message to send a photo from your phone's gallery.

**Important: The photo must be sent no later than 3 days after placing your order. If no photo is received, the order may be canceled. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.** 

We are striving to complete these orders promptly to avoid delays for everyone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

After placing your order, click on “Contact Shop Owner” in your order details. Find the little camera icon in the message window, which will allow you to access your phone photos. You can then choose your photo to send. This method is best, as your order number will be displayed at the top of the message along with your photo.

You can also email the photo. Please note that these are custom orders and will take approximately 5-10 days to complete and ship. These make great personalized gifts for miniature collectors! You can order mini portrait pillows of your pet, mom, dad, or kids.

**Please Note:** These are miniature pillows and not life-size pillows. The pillows measure approximately 1.2" to 1.45".

**Do not wet or wash the pillows.** 

Custom photo or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the following conditions are met:

**Return Policy:**

This item may only be returned, refunded, or exchanged if:

- An incorrect item is received.

- The item arrived damaged or broken.

- The item is lost (if tracking shows the item is lost).

Tracking must confirm that the item has not been delivered. We cannot file a lost claim if tracking indicates it was delivered to the address provided by the buyer. USPS will only consider packages lost after 30 days if the tracking status shows "in transit."
